Simpson were hired to move our house from London to Hamburg back in November 2016. Everything went smooth and fast to get a quote and pre payment as well as pick up of the furniture ( Our BOCONCEPT table was damaged during the move) but we didn't have a full insurance so we didnt get any money for this. But this is nothing compare to the fact that they stole our money!!! We paid by mistake 2 times to them and Since DEC 2016 we are asking them to pay back the double amount and it is now AUGUST 2017 - 7 month later - and they still FORGET/CANT BE AKSED to do so. They screen my calls, they keep emailing back when I contact them that it will be resolved but nothing happens. They basically have stolen the money..it is a FRAUD company DO NEVER HIRE THEM
