I Live in San Luis Obispo, County, we went to the Walmart in Santa Maria to look at the Movies selection they have. Upon arrival we went to the movie section and it was blocked by piles of boxes we could not access the movies section at all! My Son saw a DVD he wanted and he tried to reach it but got yelled at by employee saying this section is not permitted due to stock being placed there. I told the employee it was not unacceptable to block this section, that there has to be a better way of storing these boxes that it could be done by night shift after hours. She told us that management approved this and they do it all the time. So, the customer has to be denied access to the movie section for which that is what we came for. They have a wider selection of movies then our store does. Someone needs to address this, it is pure poor customer service, they even refused to assist to get the movie that was in reach to get. We will think twice about returning to this Walmart if this is how they do business! I'm sure hope Corporate finds an issue with it!
