Most horrible customer service and poor quality prodicts

I purchased a cordless hedge trimmer. It stopped working after one use. Calling them is a 5 hour affair at the minimum. Writing them through their website is useless, there is no response. I finally spoke with an agent, they sent me a replacement charger. It did not solve the problem. I bought a new $80.00 battery. Also did not solve the User's recommendation: Never buy.
