I was verbally told by Nectar to donate the bed away. I gave it to my mom who lost everything in the wildfire of 2018 in Paradise California. The bed is functional but torn, and damaged. It looked used. I never received a refund. A week later I saw they had sent me an email on the same day I spoke to Nectar about receiving the frame damaged. The email explained how and where to donate to. Too late. I gave it away and I'm not asking for it back. I was happy to help my mom, one of the 32,,000 fire victims. I let Nectar know but never heard back. If I don't get my refund, at least I'm happy mom is no longer on a sleeper sofa. I received my mattress with a large black stain. It looked like it came from someone's boot in a warehouse. I spent $1600 and neither item was like new.Customer User's recommendation: Good product if you get it in new condition.
