Diana Feddon [protected] 4966 Snapps creek road, Rockingham 22802 Claim #[protected] Justin Tuck sent me a claim check for property damage $4600.00. He included the mortgage companies on it. I pay for my insurance on an individual basis. It's not escrowed into my mortgage payments. I tried to explain to him that I wouldn't be able to cash out the check because the second mortgage is in litigation process. If I tried to go to them then the entire monies would be kept by the mortgage company and I wouldn't get my house fixed. I believe that he did this because I had reported to him about the adjuster - Ryan making inappropriate/unprofessional comments while visiting my home. I'm looking for customer service ASAP and for a check in my name so I can take care of business.
