i hav a mortgage with ditech before them it was green tree hav a20 year loan an i borrowed 40.000 this may is 20 years an i still hav a 32.000 dollor note .i never missed a payment an never a late fee but of course i sent my payment off atleast 7 days before due date an they would call say the never got the payment an it never came by to me in return mail so after 2 week or so they saix the recieved after late chargez so i ask for the mailing involope fof the stamp date amthe wouldnt fax it or send it .thats just 1 thing in 20 years im posting more later
