Whatever you do DO NOT USE This Service!...I have had nothing but trouble for 3 months since I bought my home because the mis-figured my escrow and insurance. My payment has gone up a $100.00/month because of their lack of detail! THE Title Agency Barristers is the main reason. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HOWARD HANNA MORTGAGE OR BARRISTERS TITLES BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE A GOOD ATTENTION TO DETAIL NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR HOME BUYING EXPEREINCE IS HONEST, EAST AND MOST OF ALL CORRECT!
