More than disappointed!!!

Customer service is deplorable. I went over my Rx's prior to signing on and now Humana is not covering the scripts I went over with them. I get transferred 4 or 5 times and ultimately receive no answers or instructions. Also took several calls over a 2 month time framed to get a copy of my Benefits and Rx guide. They purposely are making hard for me to utilize the "flexible spending account" that i was promised. User's recommendation: Be prepared to fight what you were promised.
