After 3 unanswered recorded delivery letters about a genuine Dyson part deemed not fit for purpose (as stated supplier) I moved on to askdyson. Six emails from different owner support staff asking for same information, a promise of a phone call at 11am today to discuss it which never materialised (still waiting) and to rub salt in the wound an e mail received prior to the non-existent phone call saying pleased we could help. Im sure Dysons customer services would make an ideal TV sit com similar to the dinner ladies User's recommendation: Unless you want hypertension stay away from Dyson products.
