More attention to long existing customers?

It’s one of the best providers, and my wife and I have been its customers for long years. We’ve never had problems with billing. We know that they charge off only the necessary amount of money. The only thing that bothers us is that new customers get better options whereas long existing customers stand on the sidelines. If they give devoted users some bonuses or discounts, they’ll show that they highly appreciate them. What else can I say? This company always tries to qualify representatives and provides moderate billing plans for the whole family. Like this provider. If representatives create a special program for standing customers, it would be perfect!
