I would like to express my HORROR at this company. After winning money with Royal Vegas in MARCH, and being given the run around by them for a couple weeks, I finally managed to get my money off of Royal Vegas and into a Click2Pay account, and only because it was basically the only option given to me by Royal Vegas. I soon found I did not have access to MY OWN MONEY on my C2P account because my "star rating" was not high enough. So as indicated on the website, I tried contacting the C2P "service" team to have it increased. I attempted to call at least a dozen times a day for about a week, only ever getting a busy signal. I sent two emails, which only got a reply SEVERAL weeks later after the FortuneLounge rep on a casino forum contacted them. Finally, my star rating is high enough to withdraw MY MONEY. But guess what? In Canada, the only way to get your money out of Click2Pay is by cheque, which costs 20 EUROS TO GET MY MONEY, or by ordering one of their debit cards which costs 10 EUROS TO GET MY MONEY. Not to mention, given how long everything else has taken, who knows how long before this card arrives? Who knows if it will even work or have my balance right? Who knows if they send it at all? I sent an email inquiring about withdrawals about a week ago. And yep, you guessed it. NO ANSWER. It is ASTOUNDING and DISTURBING that a company that handles large amounts of people's money, and claims to do so "securely, easily and swiftly," can operate this way. GOODBYE ROYAL VEGAS, AND GOODBYE CLICK2PAY.
