I wanted to transfer $ 5000 from my Bank of America account to my State Bank of India account on 04/21/2021. I logged in Wise website and clicked direct account debit transfer. But the website asked me to do wire transfer to Wise account. It displayed all the required details for wire transfer. I transferred $ 5000 from my Bank of America account to Wise Account. I waited for 3 days the status in Wise website says 'Money not yet received from the bank'. CHARLES JOHN -Wise Membership number P766**** Kindly solve this issue.
