Money never reached recipient

I have sent money to my friend's bank account in Turkey on 4th of June. I received the message that transfer was completed. The next evening I received an email from Azimo to provide more details what the money is for and also an ID copy of the recipient, which I did right away. How can I get a message the transfer is completed but the next day they ask more question to verify? I contacted Azimo customer care, asking why the money had not reached the recipient, despite their notification. Azimo just responded that they are checking with their partner in Turkey about the delay. This is now happening for the past 7 days every day and I am still not having the answer, still no feedback from their partner and the money is neither in the recipients account, nor back im my account
