Money from my credit card was sent to Siteground by mistake

I made a website on Sitebuilder.com in March. I sent them $99.83 on my Visa credit card. They never got the money. I looked on my checking account and it was paid to you at Siteground on March 27, 2021. I dont know why or how this happened. Could you please check your accounts and let me know if you received this. Its under my name Constance P Bates. Would appreciate a refund. My email is conbates48@***.net or phone number 863-414-****. USA. User's recommendation: Don’t know how this happened.
