Order no. [protected] Omorovicza thermal cleansing balm 100ml When I opened the product, moulds are covering the balm, as shown in the attached photo. I tried to contact for a return and full refund and the customer service was horrible. They are just dragging on "extra information" like the "expiry date" of the product, which is impossible to tell after trashing the box.
