Today is May 4, and it has been TWO MONTHS with NO Pro Form City L6 TREADMILL. The FedEx tracking number is useless because it doesn't show any movement towards delivery. Modell's Customer Service told me the treadmill was shipped, but that is not true! If it had been shipped when they said it had been, I would've had it by now. They don't have a treadmill to send. I've been nice and patient, but enough is enough. I'm done, and now I DEMAND A FULL 100% REFUND IMMEDIATELY! The phone lines for their corporate headquarters is out of service. This company is a scam and a sham, and a bunch of thieves. User's recommendation: Stay away from Modell's. You'll never see your purchase nor will you ever get your refund.
