Purchased this machine in 3/2017 and had service out the first week, since then in the past 4 years there have been 4 other service calls which cost me around $600. It has recently started making a new noise when spinning so I'm guessing I will have to call them back out. Machine also does not put enough water in on the normal cycle to wet the clothes. I have always purchased Maytag washers and I don't believe I have ever had to call for service in all those years. I believe this machine is a lemon and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
