Ordered a hamburger from Chatham location. Then added onion rings, large. Went to the Chatham location. My order changed to the Wallaceburg location when I added onion rings. Called both to cancel the order. Both times said They couldn't. Called Swiss Chalet #. She said I had to call the store. Told her they wouldn't or couldn't.cancel. I gave her the address and phone #. She then hung up the phone. Was my order cancelled. Have I still been charged?? User's recommendation: Mobile ordering has issues at Harveys.
