Mobile phone website down for a whole 24 hours

Superdrug mobile users can only top up their services via the website. Also customer service is only on their website. At 11am today I messaged their twitter account. 5 hours later after countless messages of me asking when will the website be available and still no solution. This leaves me in a vulnerable position now I have no way of receiving or making calls/texts and using the internet. I tried my best to explain to Superdrug on Twitter (main twitter, help page and mobile account) and now Im here on this weird website leaving a really disappointed review. The lack of professionalism from this company is genuinely unrivalled only all my 35 years of living User's recommendation: Never use Superdrug mobile as your only form of mobile sim services because you could be left in a sticky situation.
