Mobicel r1 plus

*SOLVED

I bought mobicel r1 plus on march 2020 and the phone started giving me problems and I took the phone back to the store I bought it and they have booked it for repairs as it was technical problems, now i'm surprised as I have been asked to pay for repairs which is not physical damage. And I have been trying to contact mobicel with no luck.
