MK doesn’t service an existing paid for watch for parts like a pin for strap. I would have to buy a new one @ a $60 price tag. NO WAY!

I was told by every jeweler in my town to call MK to get a replacement pin for my stainless steel strap on model MK5932. MK doesn't service for replacement parts and was told to either pay $60 for a new strap or shop Ebay for my issue. Wow! I wasted alot of money for that watch not to be able to purchase a simple replacement pin. User's recommendation: Not recommended for product support. They prefer selling new instead of repairing existing watches. I was told to shop Ebay for my issue resolve! Too bad because MK lost my repeat purchase business.
