Our puppy was severely mistreated by the owner of the Bed and Biscuit in Langley, WA on Whidbey Island. She implemented a form discipline without our knowledge or consent, which was discovered by a fluke. We have spread this info by word of mouth, but after hearing of further disappointed dog owners we felt we needed to share on a more public platform. Dogs are also returned to owners completely filthy and unkempt. I am concerned for the safety of the dogs brought to this business, as the owner does not treat them with love or care. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Stay away from this business!
