Mission Gleneagles
So I have had problems with this complex from the very beginning. Before I moved in I submitted my application gave them the money and the leasing agent would not get back to me. It was three days before I was supposed to move in that I called her and she said it was approved. Then I move in. The apartment they showed me was a model apartment. The apartment I moved into I did not get to see until the day I moved in. Big mistake. There was *** in the wall the size of a small child that they had done a horrible patching up job on. The door had half brown half green paint chipping off, the bath tub faucet was being hald on with caulk and there was spray paint all in the back yard. They finally fixed most of those things... then it rained... When it rained my entire bedroom was flooded with water. I called maintenance they vacuumed it up and put fans on it. Then a month later it rained again... same thing except now it was in my hallway... I had to *** work to take care of this the manager tried to say it was because of a gutter then i show her the huge foundation crack alongside the outside of the building and the roof thats falling apart. They put caulk in that crack and try to say its fixed. I demanded they move me. A two weeks later they finally have an apartment ready for me to move in to and i look at it and the carpet is stained the tile is stained and it has old appliances (mine were updated). I asked for those things to be fixed and she said I was being unreasonable then said she was going to charge me for the carpet! So here I am three weeks later not moved my carpet is still tore up and their equipment is still in my apartment and theyre trying to charge me for the carpet that was tore up from their maintenance men pulling it up to get the water out. I definitely do not recommend these apartments at all.
