I ordered all new windows from Nu Look, it took over 6 months for them to make an appointment to put them in. When they came they told me my bay window glass had broken in the warehouse, and they had another on order for me. Fine. Two weeks go by and the new glass comes in and they never call. I had to call only to find out the glass was again broken in shipping. It has now been 2 months sense and i have called multiple times a week with no answer. I left voicemails with no returned calls. Not to mention one of my screens has a rip in it. User's recommendation: Do NOT use this company!
