Hi, With regards to the subject shipmen which has been missing since last two months, please understand that I have not received any proper response from the customer service team. After my constant follow up from the past 60 days for my shipment valued at AED1000, the response I have received is the most irresponsible and cheap response I have ever received from any company that has offered me any kind of service. Below as is "We do apologize regards the inconveniences what been caused Please note that after search investigation, all results been negative Please accept our apologizes regards the miss & note we can offer a shipping replacement free of cost to same destination or compensation of 30 USD., " Please understand two things very very clearly: 1. The value of the shipment is AED1000 plus the courier charges. 2. You not only owe me money for the above but also for the mental stress that you have caused me in following up with your most irresponsible customer service team.
