Missing QR code for parcel pick up

I have tried to pick up my parcel 3 times over 2 days. NinjaVan have indicated that the parcel is delivered but not sent an SMS. There's no QR code but there is a tracking ID. The pick up point doesn't accept the tracking ID, and are awaiting the QR code. So they won't hand over the parcel and asked me to contact Ninjavan. But their Singapore number isn't even connecting and the SMS is being sent by their contact page. I basically don't have any way to pick up my parcel, or to contact them. User's recommendation: Make sure it is delivered to your home not to a pick up point.
