To Whom It May Concern: This order did not turn out as ordered. 1. Did not receive a box of chocolates. 2. Received a small (7) group of flowers in a smiley face mug. No wrapping and the card was stapled to a stick. It really was a horrible arrangement for my 90 year old mother. I don’t know whom you sent the order to fill in Saint John, NB but they did such a poor job. Unfortunately my mother is upset and to be truthful I am as well. If you couldn’t fulfill the order you should not have accepted it. I am very disappointed. Hopefully I will hear back from someone regarding this matter.
