Missing Parcel: No support (Paid Rs. 35,000)

Hi, Currently, I am residing in Giessen, Germany. I would like to complain about the company who cheated me. Highlight of complain: 1. Parcel delayed for several months 2. Asking money again from customer (me) 3. The parcel was missing due to wrong address confirmed by their partner at the UK. 4. Shaila and Suraj from Star door 2 door asking money to redeliver it. I am a customer of Star Door 2 Door and victim. Here is the thing we have tried everything to get our parcel. We trusted Mrs. Shaila from Ahmedabad that she will take care of everything regarding service. We paid Rs. 35000 for our 5 parcels from Ahmedabad to Germany. I was informed by their partner from UK that the Parcel is missing because of wrong address told by the Rainbow co. at the UK. I saved every message from Rainbow co.UK as well as for Ahmedabad courier. Their cheating not only limited to not supporting me but also, they were asking money from me 55 British pounds. when I contacted Rainbow co. at UK, they said they only need 35 pounds, see the irony these people do mistakes and top of that they want to get more money than needed. I have messages from stardoor2door and from rainbow co. It is not the issue of money it is an issue of cheating, now I would like to save others from these type of scams. These people are money gobblers, they do not support when things go wrong. I am sure they do not pay tax as they asked me to pay in cash. But luckily I got bills from them is attached. I would say they have no right to cheat, it is a shame that these cheaters are growing with their cheating habits. I would like to expose them at least and the public can read about them and save themselves. I am attaching copies of messages from my WhatsApp, where we tried to ask them many times to solve the issue. Madhav Shalini
