Hello, i ordered Atlantic Furniture Madison White Full Platform Bed with Matching Foot Board with 2-Urban Bed Drawers from Home Depot, almost 3 weeks ago on April 16. We received the order on April 23. We received 3 boxes. We pit the bed together and realized the bed was missing something. We tried to call UPS, and see why they didnt include the entire order. My wife called Atlantic furniture, and the representative told her we will get the missing Slats by April 30. The representative made my wife believe it was going to be delivered by that Thursday April 29th. I called on the following day Friday April 30. I spoke to a different representative, explained the situation. Apparently the rep that my wife spoke to lied about sending out the missing slat kit. She even had the wrong email address. The guy i spoke to said he is going to send it Asap, but would have to get authorization to expedite the shipment. Still no email or confirmation about the shipment. We just want this issue resolved, or a refund. Please contact us
