Missing contact info

I have used this company for 10 years and they have been great. However when I realized I was storing about a years worth of filters I needed to cancel. There is no information on the credit card statement for contact and the first email I found came back undeliverable . They have since responded and cancelled. User's recommendation: Good company, bad contact info.
