Missing accomodation upon arrival at destination

I booked with Lastminute.com a package with flight+hotel in Trogir, Croatia. We were due to arrive on the 16th of August. To my surprise, the agency didn´t have our confirmation code: [protected]. No accomodation, the agency provided us with an alternative to the original Studio Apartments Emotha. I´d like to be refunded for this incident for all the inconvenience caused. This is not on, you´re overbooking without securing that you can provide for the services your clients are paying for.
