Missed service/showed up at wrong address

I had scheduled Stanley Steamer to clean my carpets today, 5/15/2020(see confirmation below). They called me and told me they would be here around 2:30. My wife and I moved all the furniture out of our great room to help the crew out. At 2:45 I was called and told the had showed up at an address in Lancaster which was the wrong address of course and they wouldn't be able to clean the carpets today. The person that called was very rude and unapologetic. He said they could come tomorrow morning. I told him my wife and I was going out of state tomorrow to see our daughter. He offered me 10% off and that was all he could do. I scheduled it for tomorrow, even though it will put us behind on our trip.
