Missed item in package

Ordered 2 items on kurtis and payed on cash on delivery. When I opened the package I can able to see only 1 item. Contacted customer support said that sorry for inconvenience and provide the bank details to start the refund for that item and refund will take 4 to 5 days .I have provided the bank details.after 1 week they are asking parcel images but I don't have parcel covers and thrown to dustbin. They should ask these things initially I can provide the same.because of that support team misguide I was lost 1000 Rs. User's recommendation: Never Recommended.
