Missed Delivery Day 2

I am very disappointed with 1800 Flowers. Yesterday was my Anniversary so I thought I would send flowers to my fiancés office. I contacted the customer service to make sure that they are aware that the business closes at 5:00. They sent a message to the florist. After 5:00 I contacted customer service to inform them of the mishap and my disappointment. I stayed on hold for 30 minutes before speaking to a supervisor in which he contacted the florist and they told him that they would deliver it today first thing in the morning. At this point that will be a day behind schedule. He also refunded me the delivery charge. Today, (the day after the actual delivery day) I'm still dealing with the same situation at 4:36 p.m. in which the business is about to close. I have spoken with three different customer service representatives. The florist lied and said they attempted delivery yesterday around 12:00 yesterday, when I was at the business office having lunch with the staff. So just to reiterate, they missed my delivery date for my Anniversary, I was lied to several times by customer service agents and my flowers have yet to be delivered. I am highly disappointed with the service that 1800 flowers was hired to provide but failed to do so. To make matters worst, I placed my order over a week ago. User's recommendation: I wouldn't Recommend.
