MagicJack device was shipped March 06, 2012 with 30 days money back guarantee.(Order#DM05862998) I was not at all satisfied with the performance, requested for RMA, for return. Returned the device in original package (RMA# [protected]) on 3/22/2012 for full refund. Meanwhile my original Phone Number [protected] was transfered from previous Phone provider 8x8 Inc. to MagicJack. Now after almost 25 days, Magic jack is blocking all my incoming calls, With the message" MagicJack customer is not available, please leave the message" without any ring on my phone or any confirmation. I have decided to go back to 8x8, Inc, my previous phone provider. 8x8 Inc. and I have requested repeatedly to MagicJack to cancell my service, release my original phone number [protected], stop blocking my incoming phone calls on [protected], and provide the full refund as per their money back guarantee
