Miss communication on COX’S end.

LAREDO RANCH. April 22, 2021. Cox came out to install internet and tv. Not all the wire had been pulled and NO pedestal. I help the Tech pull wire, chase conduit, etc. contractor did a *** job. Put cable on vacation hold for May 1 st. was told TEN D Dollars User's recommendation: $10 per device on vacation. Can not be on vacation hold until after 30 days. Was supposed to be on auto pay, they screwed up. Now I get a bill for over 400 DOLLARS. Wife spent the day trying to get everything corrected. Try again tomorrow. New customers beware.
