Misrepresented purchase

Ordered a 3 piece kitchen set and cancelled within 20 minutes. I was told all sales final. No refunds. This is not clear at all on website. Only when they sent me a reply addressing my issue did I see all sales final. This is not made available to you until after you make the purchase and they send you confirmation. Which I did not get for 2 days after I asked to cancel. So they have my $450 on my credit card and the set that I cancelled won't be delivered for at least 3 months. I was offered an in store credit. I've over 2 hours away from the nearest store. Owners need to be in that jailbird outfit and put behind bars for stealing from people. I'm retired and cannot afford to throw money away to the likes of these people.
