I did not agree to any membership of the gym because I am unemployed(over 10 years), and I live in another town. I was at the MegaCity Mall for a job interview. The consultant only took my details on the basis that it will do me no harm to accept a special offer of two months free sessions, I can only activate the contract if I am hired at the mall. I did not use those two months because I live in another town. I am surprised to have received a message informing me that my account is overdue. I am complaining first this misrepresentation by your consultant.
