Misquoted assembly charges

I was quoted $57 by IKEA for assembly of one of their products I ordered online but when the appointment was confirmed the price had changed to $187, nearly three times the quote! After keeping me on hold for almost 30 minutes Marlon, the Manager I spoke to said that there was nothing that he could do not could my complaint be escalated further. This is unacceptable service!
