As an existing customer of Bewiser Insurance I was misold an insurance policy which I paid for on my debit card. They based this on 9 years NCB when they knew from my existing insurance on my other vehicle I only had 5 years. I decided to cancel and go with an insurance company who knew what they were doing. I have never come across such an unprofessional company. It has cost me over £10 in phone calls, you get cut off, there is no internal communication and guess what I'm still waiting for my refund. Will need to take up with the financial obdsman to get my money back. Avoid like the plague
