ed: Event Tickets Center - Total Scam I purchased 3 tickets off the FB advertisement and purchased tickets on line through Event Tickets center and I thought that I was purchasing my tickets directly. They overcharged me by 4x the amount by doubling the amount of the tickets and also adding a service fee of 35.00 per ticket. I contacted them and they said all sales are final. When I typed in the location of the performance, their website popped up and they way overcharged for the tickets. Im stunned at how this company misleads consumers. The website I was directed to & email verification didn’t give any info as to this being a third party seller,nor any choice to view seats or other pricing options. This company is a complete scam. I will spread the news so others are not taken in by the "con". Customer service was very rude, spoken in a very uneducated manner and argumentative. It felt as if they had been trained to be rude bullies & expected these types of complaints and calls, knowing they’re scamming consumers.
