I booked Stanley Steemer on line using a coupon for 5 rooms for 160.00. I added 2 more rooms when I booked, which would be my entire house. When the technician showed up, he said that I could not use the coupon because it was for 5 rooms only. The addition of rooms changed the price for every room to the higher rate. So I was stuck either paying 280 for 7 rooms, or only cleaning part of my house for the 160. To make matters worse, the technician told me that one of my rooms was going to count as two and another would count as three. We called the main office and they would not bend to allow me to add anything and still utilize the coupon. In the end only half of my house got cleaned. The technician was also pretty rude and *** as he walked away from me. I would not recommendnusing this company.
