Customer Service is horrible. I was told my plan was unlimited inbound and outbound calls and that was not true. I used to be able to fax pages in pdf format that exceeded higher than 20MB and now I cannot. They took away this feature and kept charging me the same fees. They stated that Ringcentral made changes to their platform and that now I would have to compress file and keep it under 20MB. This is completely unacceptable. I ve been a customer since 2009 - **** and Im taking my business elsewhere
