I ordered what I thought was an original HP G60 series ac adapter from NbBatt.com. What I received was a generic product, not an HP product. NbBatt.com product's description stated "new". My error. Obviously there is a difference between "new" and "original". Secondly, read the fine print. 15% restocking fee for returned items. Item cost was $23.99(no s&h involved). Refund was $18.99. To the best of my knowledge, 15% of $23.99 is $3.60. Refund should have been $20.39. To NbBatts credit. They did ordering easy and they did submit refund within a reasonable amount of time.
