Skyscanner present flights on the initial landing page as flexible. You select one with flexible next to it thinking that youre going through to the vendors selling flexible only. Not the case. You need to actually check with the vendors - some do and some dont. I purchased a non-flexible ticket inadvertently which could have cost me 1500 when covid then decides I cant take the flight. Not clear enough. Not good enough, especially in these uncertain times. User's recommendation: Check with the vendor before purchasing any ticket you hope is flexible.
