Misleaded by customer service
I lost my sim arranged new sim contacted customer service to change previous number on new sim I was advised to call at cs@***.co.uk along with details Plus name and Date of Birth . Its weekend email will be answered in next week whole process will start again in next week hopefully they will not swap number without any verification. Called on Saturday 20 02 21 at 17 50 Call lasted for 6 minutes n 28 seconds I called from 0794448****
