They delivered the wrong calculator 4wks after the order was placed and payment for a more expensive item was taken. Ignored numerous emails and communications to correct the error. I returned the calculator and they then refused to refund the correct amount which they agreed they would. In summary: - delivery incorrect - delivery late - refund in accordance with consumer act not given - very poor customer service - very poor management behaviour when they were informed of their error
