Misding luggage

I had a fly with TAP from Dakar-Lisbon-Toronto. Try has been a nightmare since the beginning, at Dakar they charged more $700 for extra baggage, saying there was no baggage allowance in my ticket. Something I discovered at check-in, none of this was mentioned when buying the ticket. From Dakar arrived to Lisbon where I spend the night at the airport 15hours of waiting time without accommodation. From Lisbon to Toronto, the fly has been good, but at the arrival I didn't find any of checked extra luggage. It has been 48hours, no update from the claim I made. No customer available. They still not locating my baggage. And I have some perishable goods inside. This is my worst travel experience. I have learned a lesson to ovoid too cheap ticket and cheap airline. Ticket price was $1023+ $750 extra baggage fees for a total of $1783. I could have $1400 for Air Canada, Air France or Royal Air Maroc which are far better. I wanted to share with people to help them make their ticket choice. Thank you User's recommendation: Better customer service.
