Talk to customer service about a complaint I had on Saturday, Feburary23 at the Mircotel. I was told that I would here back from someone, which NO one have called are contact. Why have I not heard back from someone? I used my debt card at Mircotel , $56.50 was charged to my card. Then I was told from Marilyn, the manager that I owe for a night, because there was record of a card used on Wednesday night(February 20, 2019). I told this to the person that took this information on the Saturday morning, February 23th. I need to know what going to happen about getting my $56.50 back in my checking account or to me. I know I used my debit card on Wednesday night, because Kat is the one who was slide my card through the machine. It,s more about all of this. I have reported , but NO one have gotten back to me, WHY? I have spent lots of money at the Mircotel and I really like staying there, but when my card is used and than all of a certain there's no record of mmy card being used and I was standing right there when Kat used my card and the manager is been all ruled, that make me upset. Just I will continue to stay there, but with cash only. I need someone from the corporate office to call me, I want to know whats going to happen with this situation.
