I ordered a phone from MiniDeal on 4/17/2015 - no parsel so far. I sent many e-mails asking what happened and every time they tell me "wait a few days, wait a week, check the post, check the customs, we are waiting for the logistic company to give us an answer for the parcel" - wait a week, wait, wait - more then 3 months passed. How long should I wait. My patience is over. They told me they can not refund me the money till they have info from the logistic company - I understand that, but HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?????? If I get the phone at all maybe it will be for a christmas present?
